auxmoney successfully issues 6th ABS bond

auxmoney, a leading digital-lending platform for consumer credit in Europe, has successfully closed its 6th asset-backed security transaction in the capital markets, known as “Fortuna Consumer Loan ABS 2025-1”.

  • auxmoney has achieved another unprecedented milestone by closing its sixth ABS transaction with a volume of €425 million
  • Despite a more challenging market sentiment, auxmoney achieved strong investor reception with most tranches being several times oversubscribed
  • auxmoney has now placed a total volume of close to €3 billion of asset-backed bonds in the capital markets

auxmoney, a leading digital-lending platform for consumer credit in Europe, has successfully closed its 6th asset-backed security transaction in the capital markets, known as “Fortuna Consumer Loan ABS 2025-1”.

The underlying portfolio of loans includes at least 50% of loans defined as social under the social bond framework of auxmoney which benefits from a Second Party Opinion (SPO) issued by the rating agency Fitch.

The transaction is certified by SVI to meet the requirements for a simple, transparent and standardised securitisation (STS). The securities are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The Fortuna transactions have received several awards for excellence and outstanding achievements in European Structured Finance.
